Transport & edge
Public traffic is served over HTTPS. Omega Dialer is designed to run on Cloudflare’s edge platform for consistent TLS delivery and DDoS protections available to your zone configuration.
Authentication & tenant isolation
Administrative and agent actions are authenticated. Data access is scoped per customer tenant. You are responsible for credential hygiene on your side (device security, shared passwords, offboarding).
Secrets & BYOC
Carrier and integration credentials should be stored server-side. With BYOC, your SignalWire or Telnyx keys remain under your account; treat them like production secrets and rotate them on the schedule your security policy requires.
AI-assisted features
When AI features are enabled, design prompts and outputs to avoid sending unnecessary PII to models. Use customer-approved retention settings and human review where required by your industry.
Compliance programs
Specific certifications (for example SOC 2) are a roadmap conversation for your contract—not something implied by this page. Ask us for the latest posture during enterprise procurement.
